F&B Attendant in Mandau Talawang at Nadi Talent Group

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented F&B Attendants to join an elite restaurant operation.

This role is ideal for culinary enthusiasts who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand luxury standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Welcome and assist guests with impeccable courtesy, professionalism, and polished service etiquette.

• Present menus, provide recommendations, and explain dishes, beverages, and specials clearly and confidently.

• Take and process orders accurately, ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen and bar teams.

• Serve food and beverages following luxury service standards, including fine-dining procedures when required.

• Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and dining ambience in accordance with 5-star expectations.

• Ensure all service equipment is clean, polished, and ready for operation.

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently with a guest-first mindset.

• Collaborate closely with the F&B team to maintain smooth service flow.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an F&B Attendant or similar role in a Fine Dining or High-End restaurant, Michelin-starred establishment, or a signature restaurant within a 5-star luxury hotel.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant service etiquette, food & beverage basics, and hospitality standards.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.

• Professional appearance, confident communication, and strong guest engagement skills.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and service excellence.

• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
