Position Overview:

Ensure prompt and efficient service to assigned Mortgage Brokers. Manage assigned loan pipeline to ensure timely action, moving loans through the pipeline efficiently. Review appropriate conditions/documentation to guarantee that all underwriting requirements/conditions are satisfied prior to clear-to close.

Key Responsibilities:

P – Producer (Execution & Results)

  • Manage pipelines for assigned Mortgage Brokers and ensure service standards are met
  • Communicate status updates to brokers, including welcome calls and condition reviews
  • Review loan documentation before Underwriting submission
  • Complete Doc Prep checklist at CTC and move file into docs
  • Evaluate file for ICD readiness
  • Monitor aged loans for delivery or cancellation
  • Point of contact for specialty products for our partners
  • Broker training for specialty products

A – Administrator (Process & Accuracy)

  • Review and clear Mavent fails & alerts
  • Ensure data integrity in Encompass
  • Confirm accuracy of title, taxes, insurance, and lock details
  • Monitoring lock reports
  • Stay current on company guidelines and maintain compliance

I – Integrator (Communication & Coordination)

  • Serve as a point of contact for Brokers and internal teams
  • Own the success of the file from submission to closing
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication between brokers, underwriters, and funders
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast paced environment
  • Strong Encompass knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of TRID, ECOA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • In-depth understanding of mortgage compliance regulations, including TRID.
  • Professional, polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly dependable, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent office hours.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders in the loan process.
  • 2-5 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or underwriting
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a production residential lending environment
  • Non-QM Lending Experience a plus
  • As needed travel to meet business needs.
  • English preferred, Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) desired.
