  • Proven success building and retaining high-performing software engineering teams in fast-paced SaaS or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong experience leading platform modernization initiatives involving cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and operational scalability.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive AI adoption within engineering organizations, including generative AI tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and engineering enablement strategies.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, with a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous delivery.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical vision to business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail technology, online marketplaces, or digital marketing environments is highly valued.
