Accountabilities:
  • Lead ecommerce growth strategy across direct-to-consumer platforms, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and additional online sales channels.
  • Manage revenue performance, profitability, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, retention, and contribution margin across ecommerce operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of Shopify storefronts, including merchandising, product setup, promotional campaigns, UX optimization, and online customer experience improvements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to optimize site functionality, conversion rates, average order value, and overall digital performance.
  • Manage Amazon marketplace operations including listings, pricing strategies, promotions, advertising initiatives, account health, fulfillment, and inventory performance.
  • Drive successful product launches and marketplace campaigns while maintaining strong operational and brand standards across all online platforms.
  • Lead TikTok Shop strategy and execution, including catalog management, merchandising, inventory coordination, influencer collaborations, and affiliate program oversight.
  • Develop scalable ecommerce systems, reporting structures, operational processes, and forecasting practices to support long-term growth objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align ecommerce initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Stay informed on emerging ecommerce technologies, marketplace trends, and digital commerce innovations to continuously improve performance and customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of progressive ecommerce experience, including leadership responsibilities across DTC and marketplace channels.
  • Proven success driving online revenue growth, profitability, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising performance within consumer goods, beauty, lifestyle, or retail environments.
  • Strong expertise with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and ecommerce analytics tools. Experience with TikTok Shop is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs, marketplace operations, inventory management, promotional planning, and customer experience optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Experience managing external agency relationships and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable leadership style with strong accountability and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passion for ecommerce innovation, digital storytelling, and delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage with strong employee support.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Annual company-wide offsite events and team gatherings.
  • Work-from-home stipend and annual professional learning stipend.
  • 401(k) program availability beginning in 2026.
  • Generous paid time off package including 15 PTO days annually.
  • Complimentary company products and product access perks.
  • Opportunity to join a fast-growing, creative, and collaborative consumer brand environment.
