Responsibilities

The Role

You will be joining a small, newly formed but highly visible Automation and AI Team to help lead some of the most strategic and high-impact transformation initiatives in the company’s history. This role is not simply about reporting on the business—it is about helping shape it. You will play a critical role in identifying operational challenges, proving opportunities through data, and delivering insights that directly influence how AAA Life evolves through automation and AI.

This is a high visibility Business Intelligence Analyst role – you will partner closely with business stakeholders, operational leaders, and the Automation and AI team to uncover inefficiencies, measure performance, and create transparency into how the organization operates. You will be expected to transform complex and often imperfect data into actionable insights that drive real business decisions.

You will access and leverage data from across various areas of the organization to develop automated, easy-to-understand reports and ad hoc analyses that effectively answer questions, identify patterns, and highlight operational metrics across the enterprise. Your work will help leadership better understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that improve operational outcomes.

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting frameworks, scorecards, and operational analytics that measure performance, identify trends, and validate the impact of automation and AI initiatives. You will support the development, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing validation of reporting and data processes tied to organizational KPIs and metrics.

Success in this role requires more than technical reporting skills. You must be naturally curious, analytical, and comfortable challenging assumptions when the data tells a different story. You will frequently work in ambiguous environments where the answers are not obvious and the data may not be clean. If you prefer highly structured work with predefined answers and minimal business interaction, this role will likely not be a fit.

At the same time, for the right person, this role offers a rare opportunity to directly influence how an organization modernizes. Your analysis and reporting will help drive enterprise decisions, prioritize investments, and shape the future of automation and AI at AAA Life.

The Next Phase

Our mission is to provide those services for as many people as we can. To achieve that we need to evolve. We need to boldly embrace innovation and technology. Your leadership will help us deliver on our mission together and achieve our transformation. At AAA Life, empathy and progress go hand in hand, creating a culture where bright ideas flourish and meaningful impact grows. If you are drawn to an environment that values purpose as much as potential, we invite you to join us. Because here, being there for people isn’t just a promise—it is our driving force.

• Actively participate in data transformation initiatives, including the development of automated and standardized data flows from source systems to reporting solutions
• Support the development, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing validation of reporting and data processes aligned to organizational KPIs and metrics
• Help develop analytical approaches leveraging statistical methods, scenario planning, and model development to optimize business outcomes
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve internal processes through data-driven insights
