This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager - Sales (IT Staffing & Captive Solutions) in India.

This is a senior, high-impact remote sales leadership role focused on driving IT staffing and captive solutions business across enterprise clients in India. The position requires a seasoned sales professional with deep expertise in contract staffing, enterprise client acquisition, and solution-based selling. You will be responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders while owning full-cycle sales execution and revenue delivery. The role is highly autonomous and performance-driven, with direct accountability for achieving significant annual revenue targets. It involves frequent client engagement, strategic negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions. This is an opportunity for a strong hunter-profile professional to shape long-term client partnerships and contribute directly to business growth in a competitive market.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive end-to-end sales for IT contract staffing, captive accounts, staff augmentation, and solution-based services
  • Achieve annual revenue targets of USD 1–2Mn through new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and C-level executives
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing key accounts
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contractual discussions to secure profitable deals
  • Manage and grow captive and enterprise accounts ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless solution execution
  • Travel extensively across regions to strengthen client relationships and develop new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT staffing sales within the Indian market
  • Proven track record of achieving USD 1–2Mn annual revenue through staffing or contract sales
  • Strong expertise in captive business models, enterprise applications, and infrastructure staffing markets
  • Demonstrated success in handling large enterprise accounts and driving account growth
  • Strong ability to independently generate leads, acquire new logos, and close high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with a proactive, results-oriented “hunter” mindset
  • Mandatory experience in India-based staffing sales environments
