This role focuses on strengthening teaching quality across a diverse group of faculty by providing coaching, training, and ongoing instructional support. You will work closely with educators to enhance their online teaching practices, integrate educational technologies, and design engaging, student-centered learning experiences. The position combines faculty development, data-informed evaluation, and professional mentoring to continuously improve instructional effectiveness. You will facilitate workshops, deliver one-on-one coaching sessions, and support faculty in aligning with academic standards and best practices. Operating within a collaborative academic environment, you will also contribute to reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide individualized coaching, training sessions, workshops, and webinars to support faculty development in online and adult education environments.
- Evaluate faculty performance and provide actionable feedback, trend analysis, and recommendations for instructional improvement.
- Support faculty onboarding and mentoring processes, including setting development goals and tracking progress over time.
- Assist faculty in adopting learning technologies and educational tools such as LMS platforms and instructional software.
- Maintain accurate records of faculty performance and provide regular reports to academic leadership.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment of teaching practices with institutional standards and curriculum goals.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of instructional programs through data analysis, feedback review, and best practice sharing.
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in online teaching, adult education, or faculty development preferred.
- Strong understanding of online learning platforms, educational technologies, and instructional software tools.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to support diverse faculty backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and deadline management.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable coaching strategies.
- Comfort working in a values-driven environment with the ability to integrate a Christian worldview into instructional support practices.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $56,000 to $61,000, based on experience and qualifications.
