  • Translate insights into clear product requirements, user needs, feature prioritization, and business cases for new initiatives
  • Support product development from concept through launch, including testing, commercialization planning, and go-to-market readiness
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure performance, usability, reliability, and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on positioning, messaging, training, and product launch execution
  • Monitor product performance and competitive trends to drive continuous improvement and roadmap decisions
  • Support lifecycle management activities including pricing, forecasting, portfolio optimization, and inventory planning
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards for medical and aesthetic devices
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience in hardware, device, or technology-driven environments, combined with excellent cross-functional leadership skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in medical devices, aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or consumer technology
  • Proven experience managing products across the full lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience using customer insights, market data, and business metrics to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Preferred experience with connected devices, SaaS-enabled hardware, or digital health technologies
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA or ISO standards is a plus
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus, as is experience in Agile or stage-gate environments

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Company-paid life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance
