Integration Developer – CRM & VoIP Systems
Job Description

From our headquarters in Markham, Ontario, we serve customers across the globe and continue to invest in innovative technology and systems to support our growth.
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Integration Developer to join our growing in-house Marketing and Development team.

Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site position in Markham, Ontario. Remote work is not available.
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced developer to help integrate our telecommunications platform, RingCentral (including RingCX), with our newly developed internal CRM system. This role will focus on building seamless communication between platforms, improving workflow automation, and supporting real-time data synchronization across systems.
While direct experience with RingCentral is strongly preferred, we are also open to candidates who have worked with similar VoIP or contact center platforms and possess strong experience with APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom integrations between RingCentral (or similar communication platforms) and our internal CRM.
- Develop and manage webhooks and real-time system-to-system data flows.
- Collaborate closely with the internal CRM development team to ensure seamless integration functionality.
- Create and optimize workflow automations using tools such as Zapier.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Document integration logic, workflows, processes, and best practices for internal reference.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working with RingCentral APIs and integrations preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably MySQL.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Go is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with RingCX or similar contact center platforms is considered an asset.
- Proven experience building and managing RESTful APIs, webhooks, and OAuth/JSON integrations.
- Familiarity with Zapier or similar workflow automation tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM integrations with telecom or communication platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time on-site in Markham, Ontario.
