We are seeking a reliable and hardworking kitchen staff to support daily kitchen operations. This role includes food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting cooks to ensure efficient service and high-quality food standards.

• Prepare ingredients (wash, chop, portion, and store food items)
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff during food service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing and sanitizing surfaces
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Stock and restock kitchen supplies as needed
• Dispose of trash and maintain waste areas
• Support opening and closing duties

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
