This is a high-impact creative leadership role responsible for defining, scaling, and elevating a modern brand across marketing, product, and corporate touchpoints. You will shape the visual identity and creative direction of a fast-growing sports technology platform with global reach and a strong existing foundation. The role blends hands-on creative execution with strategic leadership, requiring someone who can both design and direct at a high level. You will build and evolve scalable design systems that enable consistency, efficiency, and AI-enabled creative workflows across the organization. Working closely with marketing, product, and executive leadership, you will ensure the brand shows up with clarity, consistency, and ambition across every channel. - Own and evolve the visual brand strategy across marketing, product, and corporate/employer branding, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Lead the development and governance of scalable design systems, including documentation, versioning, and adoption across teams and platforms.
- Direct end-to-end creative output across campaigns, digital channels, web, social media, events, and sales enablement materials.
- Contribute hands-on design work in tools such as Figma while also setting creative standards and guiding design execution across the team.
- Build and shape the creative function, including managing designers and defining future team structure, workflows, and hiring strategy.
- Partner with marketing, product design, and executive leadership to align brand expression with business and product strategy.
- Establish efficient creative operations, intake processes, and governance frameworks to scale output and maintain brand integrity.
- 7+ years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or brand leadership, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both high-quality creative execution and systems-level brand thinking.
- Proven experience owning and scaling brand systems as governed infrastructure, including documentation and cross-functional adoption.
- Hands-on proficiency in Figma with the ability to contribute directly to design work, not only oversee it.
- Experience translating brand strategy into multi-channel campaigns and cohesive storytelling systems.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across product, marketing, and executive teams.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments requiring prioritization and efficiency.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and modern design tooling to enhance productivity and scale.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and creative judgment with a high standard for visual craft.
