In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of a high-quality behavioral health affiliate network that directly contributes to care delivery and service accessibility. You will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and onboarding licensed professionals while ensuring strict compliance with credentialing and documentation standards. Working in a structured, process-driven environment, you will serve as a key connector between internal teams and external providers. The role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and professionalism in managing sensitive information and relationships. You will conduct structured outreach and phone screenings, verify licensure, and maintain accurate records across internal systems. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting a compliant affiliate behavioral health network through structured recruitment and documentation processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and screening licensed behavioral health professionals using structured outreach and interviews
- Conducting phone screenings to assess qualifications, availability, and compensation alignment
- Verifying licenses and certifications through official state databases and ensuring compliance prior to onboarding
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date affiliate records across internal systems and shared documentation platforms
- Supporting onboarding workflows, ensuring completion of required agreements and documentation
- Monitoring network coverage needs and escalating gaps or risks to leadership as appropriate
- Responding to affiliate inquiries regarding scheduling, compensation, and process-related questions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational or administrative issues
- Supporting process discipline, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational discipline, communication skills, and comfort working within structured, compliance-oriented processes. Key qualifications include:
- 1+ year of experience in project administration, HR support, customer service, or a healthcare-related operational role
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or healthcare preferred
- Experience conducting structured phone interviews or candidate screenings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accurate documentation and data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Comfort working with regulated processes, compliance requirements, and confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow defined procedures consistently
