Customer Support Voice process WFH

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions through voice-based support in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Accountabilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers, provide product information, and resolve queries effectively.
  • Perform outbound calling for promotional offers, product explanations, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Support customers by addressing concerns, guiding them through services, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and persuasive communication across all customer interactions.
  • Achieve service quality standards while adhering to company guidelines and call handling procedures.
  • Work in rotational shifts while maintaining consistency in performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Any graduate, including freshers or candidates with up to 11 months of experience, can apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Good interpersonal and convincing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable handling outbound calls and engaging in sales or promotional conversations.
