In this role, you will define and drive the strategy for next-generation network security solutions within a highly advanced cybersecurity ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams to shape a unified platform that strengthens threat detection, forensic analysis, and AI-driven security automation. This is a senior leadership position with significant influence over multi-year product direction, focusing on transforming traditional security capabilities into intelligent, autonomous, and AI-native systems. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand real-world SOC challenges and translate them into scalable product innovations. The environment is highly technical, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking. Your work will directly impact how organizations detect, prevent, and respond to advanced cyber threats at scale.
In this role, you will own the product vision and execution for advanced network security capabilities, ensuring alignment across engineering, research, UX, and go-to-market teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and leading the long-term product strategy for AI-driven network security, including IPS/IDS, threat detection, and forensic capabilities
- Driving integration across security domains to build a unified platform spanning detection, intelligence, analytics, and response workflows
- Translating customer and SOC pain points into actionable product requirements and scalable solutions
- Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, development execution, and launch strategy
- Designing and prioritizing AI-native capabilities, including automated detection, investigation workflows, and threat intelligence systems
- Collaborating with engineering teams to build advanced security solutions across software, hardware, and cloud environments
- Establishing and tracking key performance metrics related to detection accuracy, AI model performance, and customer impact
- Partnering with sales, field teams, and strategic customers to validate product direction and identify emerging needs
- Influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to align on product vision and priorities
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in cybersecurity product management and strong technical fluency in network security systems and AI-driven solutions. Key qualifications include:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including significant exposure to cybersecurity or network security domains
- Strong technical understanding of IDS/IPS systems, threat detection, forensics, malware analysis, and network protocols
- Experience building or managing integrated security platforms such as XDR, SIEM, or SASE solutions
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in cybersecurity, including automation, anomaly detection, or LLM-based systems
- Proven ability to define multi-year product roadmaps and translate complex technical trends into product strategy
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams across software, hardware, or cloud infrastructure
- Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response workflows, and enterprise security architecture
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred; MBA or certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
