In this leadership role, you will shape and scale a portfolio of digital products within a platform ecosystem that enables enterprise-wide innovation and seamless user experiences. Acting as both a strategist and a hands-on product leader, you will define vision, drive roadmap execution, and ensure alignment with business priorities across multiple product streams. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, elevating product practices and fostering strong delivery discipline. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, architecture, UX, and vendor partners to deliver high-impact platform capabilities. You will also influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible position operating in a fast-paced, cloud-driven environment focused on scalable digital transformation.

Accountabilities

You will define and lead the strategic direction of a portfolio of digital products, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and long-term platform vision. You will manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities, from discovery and roadmap development to delivery and performance optimization, while leading a team of product managers and strengthening overall product maturity.

  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a suite of digital platform products
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Product Managers to elevate execution and strategic thinking
  • Conduct market, user, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction
  • Partner with engineering, UX, architecture, and vendors to design and deliver scalable digital solutions
  • Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, ensuring visibility into roadmap priorities and delivery progress
  • Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and total cost of ownership for assigned product areas
  • Gather customer feedback and translate insights into continuous product improvements
  • Drive Agile practices, backlog prioritization, and delivery optimization across teams
  • Influence cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment on platform strategy and execution
Requirements

You bring extensive experience in digital product leadership, with a strong track record of managing complex product portfolios and leading high-performing teams. You combine strategic vision with technical fluency and the ability to translate business goals into scalable product solutions. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or coaching role
  • Strong background in Agile product delivery and modern product management practices
  • Experience working with digital platforms, cloud environments, or enterprise-scale systems
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, human-centered design, and development processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and guide product decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
  • Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and product financial oversight
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic, systems-thinking mindset
  • Experience in infrastructure, identity, networking, or platform services is a plus
