The position combines advanced analytics, statistical modeling, client-facing communication, and strategic consulting in a flexible and innovation-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in driving measurable business value while helping redefine how advertising effectiveness is understood and communicated.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, execute, and analyze advanced advertising experiments, including A/B testing, holdout studies, and incrementality measurement frameworks.
  • Develop innovative measurement methodologies, attribution models, and analytical solutions that provide actionable insights into campaign performance and consumer behavior.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, advertisers, and agency teams to shape media measurement strategies and address complex analytical challenges.
  • Translate experimental findings and statistical analyses into clear, executive-ready recommendations and data-driven narratives.
  • Build customized dashboards, self-service reporting tools, and visualizations that improve stakeholder access to performance insights.
  • Lead presentations, workshops, and thought leadership discussions focused on advertising measurement methodologies and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, operational improvements, and strategic business growth through analytics and market insights.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable measurement systems and automation initiatives leveraging modern analytical and AI-driven tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Business Analytics.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, measurement science, consulting, or data-focused roles, including at least 3 years in advertising or media measurement.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, lift studies, incrementality analysis, and causal inference techniques.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency with statistical programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Mode, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities with experience presenting analytical insights to senior stakeholders and external clients.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex projects, navigate ambiguity, and translate analytics into strategic business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques such as Bayesian analysis, marketing mix modeling, and attribution frameworks is highly valued.
  • Experience with AI-driven automation tools, advertising platforms, or media ecosystem analytics is considered a strong asset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with a salary range of CAD $140,000 – $148,000 annually.
  • Equity grants and long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with the ability to work from home or preferred locations.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with large-scale first-party data and industry-leading advertising analytics technologies.
  • Collaborative and innovative culture focused on growth, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Career development opportunities within a high-impact and fast-growing organization.
  • Exposure to major consumer brands, advanced measurement strategies, and cutting-edge analytics initiatives.
