- Lead the discovery, ideation, and execution of user-centered product experiences from concept through final delivery
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems, including components, tokens, documentation, and scalable UI patterns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX research, and internal stakeholders to align design solutions with business and user needs
- Translate research insights and behavioral data into clear, engaging, and accessible product experiences
- Develop high-quality mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows while maintaining consistency across products
- Partner with front-end engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and system standards
- Support and improve documentation practices that enable broad adoption of design systems across teams
- Participate actively in design critiques, mentoring discussions, and collaborative problem-solving sessions
- Explore and apply AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and improve consistency across design outputs
- Help influence design best practices, information architecture, and scalable product experiences across the organization
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience delivering end-to-end UX and product design solutions in collaborative digital environments
- Proven experience working with remote, cross-functional teams on complex digital products or platforms
- Hands-on experience contributing to design systems, including component libraries, tokens, and documentation workflows
- Strong proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and familiarity with variables and token-based workflows
- Understanding of design system scalability and how design tokens integrate with engineering implementation
- Experience conducting or contributing to user research, discovery workshops, and ideation sessions
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders at multiple levels
- Ability to balance creativity, usability, consistency, and technical feasibility in product design decisions
- Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing positively to collaborative design cultures
- Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI-powered design tools and workflows
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
