Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for AI agents, automation systems, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and AI teams to design scalable prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, orchestration systems, and operational guardrails.
  • Drive the development and optimization of AI-powered customer experiences focused on automation, accuracy, latency, scalability, and user satisfaction.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies and product decisions.
  • Define and implement AI platform standards, best practices, and scalable operational frameworks across the organization.
  • Conduct experimentation and performance analysis to improve automation rates, answer quality, workflow efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with external AI and technology providers to evaluate and integrate emerging models, voice technologies, and workflow automation capabilities.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and drive execution.
  • Analyze product performance data and leverage SQL or analytical tools to validate hypotheses and inform product direction.
  • Contribute to the long-term evolution of AI-enabled platform architecture and intelligent automation capabilities.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or related roles within fast-paced startup or technology environments.
  • Strong interest and hands-on familiarity with modern LLM systems, AI agents, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Proven ability to translate complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products and operational systems.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on API design, system architecture, technical trade-offs, and platform scalability.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with working knowledge of SQL and experimentation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving product environments.
