Senior Manager, Corporate Technology

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Technology in Canada.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a technology professional passionate about building scalable and efficient internal IT operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will oversee the infrastructure, productivity systems, and support services that enable teams across the organization to operate seamlessly and securely. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading a small team while actively driving automation, operational improvements, and service excellence. The position offers strong cross-functional exposure, partnering with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to optimize tools, processes, and employee experiences. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in growth-stage environments, values operational rigor, and enjoys building modern technology functions that scale effectively alongside the business.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end corporate technology and IT support function, including device management, troubleshooting operations, service delivery, and process optimization.
  • Oversee and enhance productivity platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, email systems, and core SaaS applications critical to daily business operations.
  • Develop and execute a scalable IT strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational growth and operational priorities.
  • Define service-level objectives (SLOs), monitor performance metrics, and implement automation initiatives to improve support efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business applications, engineering, and operational teams to streamline the SaaS environment, improve adoption, and optimize technology spend.
  • Mentor and support a lean IT team while fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong service-oriented culture.
  • Strengthen security and compliance practices across internal systems while maintaining a seamless employee experience.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience leading or managing corporate technology, IT operations, or internal systems within high-growth technology or startup environments.
  • Strong expertise in Google Workspace administration, Slack management, SaaS ecosystems, and modern workplace technologies.
  • Proven experience building scalable IT service delivery models, establishing SLOs, and implementing automation and operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security principles and the ability to manage secure internal systems without disrupting productivity.
  • Experience simplifying SaaS environments, reducing operational complexity, and improving user adoption and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $172,000 to $195,000 USD.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible work arrangements and team meetup opportunities.
  • Equity opportunities, including stock options and extended exercise windows.
  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees and dependents.
  • Flexible paid time off policy designed to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
  • Generous parental leave program for birthing and non-birthing parents.
  • Monthly stipends for coworking spaces, phone, and internet expenses.
  • Opportunity to work alongside high-performing teams in a mission-driven and rapidly growing technology environment.
