What We’re Looking For
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a driven, professional Finance Manager with:
• Automotive sales success required
• Previous F&I experience preferred
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Arrange vehicle financing for customers
• Present and sell finance, warranty, and insurance products
• Maintain lender relationships and ensure funding accuracy
• Complete all required paperwork and compliance documentation
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the delivery process
• Maintain accurate records and timely processing
