Accountant We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing core accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting efficient operations. The Accountant will report to the Service Delivery Leader and contribute to delivering high-quality virtual accounting services.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts payable and receivable: Manage AP/AR processes.

Reconciliations: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

General ledger: Maintain ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.

Closing procedures: Assist with month-end and year-end closings.

Financial reporting: Prepare reports and analyses.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulations.

Client communication: Interact professionally to gather information and address inquiries.

Process improvement: Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

GAAP certification: Mandatory.

Experience: At least 1 year in accounting roles.

Software proficiency: QuickBooks, Bill.com, Excel, or similar.

Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Organization: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
