Shipping Clerk in Austell, Georgia at Elevate Solutions Group LLC

We are looking for a safe and very detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support our warehouse crew and customer order fulfillment.

Overview and Responsibilities

• Generate picking paperwork.
• Must have case picking experience.
• Confirm inventory/order accuracy, investigate and resolve any inaccuracies.
• Identify procedures that may result in inaccurate shipments, work with team to update procedures.
• Communicate with inventory control for variances in inventory.
• Potential for daily report generation related to order fulfillment.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in warehouse position
• 5+ years’ experience in RF/Barcode scanning warehouse environment
• WMS or ERP system experience helpful. DELMIAWorks (or IQMS) experience HIGHLY preferred
• MUST be detail oriented and motivated to maintain and do the job correctly.
• Forklift, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker experience preferred. This is not a full-time forklift position but may be needed from time to time to research inventory discrepancies or assist in the warehouse.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Diligent and punctual
• Good physical strength and stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Job Type & Schedule

• Full Time
• 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday
