Are you ready to launch or grow your career in mechanical engineering? DC Engineering is looking for a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our collaborative and innovative team. Whether you're a recent graduate or bring up to 5 years of experience, we welcome your enthusiasm and drive.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of client projects. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your ideas and input are valued.

We’re seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to learn and grow.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program (preferred)
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (preferred)
- 0–5 years of experience in mechanical design
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- A proactive, team-first attitude with a commitment to meeting project deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is a plus
- A professional, cooperative, and client-focused demeanor
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
- A willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
