This role sits at the intersection of marketing, customer success, and revenue strategy, focused on driving engagement and long-term value within an existing customer base of ecommerce merchants. You will design and execute targeted customer marketing programs that increase product adoption, reduce churn, and strengthen net dollar retention across a large portfolio of brands. The position blends creativity and analytical thinking, requiring you to turn customer insights into scalable campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align messaging and execution. Accountabilities:

You will lead customer marketing initiatives designed to improve retention, deepen product adoption, and increase overall customer value across a large B2B merchant base. This includes building campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and measuring impact on key business metrics such as net dollar retention and churn reduction.

  • Design and execute customer marketing campaigns that highlight product value and drive feature adoption
  • Develop multi-channel programs across email, landing pages, webinars, direct mail, and digital campaigns
  • Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align audience targeting and messaging
  • Build segmentation strategies and automated lifecycle campaigns using marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Support customer events with RSVP strategies, attendee targeting, and post-event engagement campaigns
  • Create customer recognition and milestone-based engagement programs to improve loyalty and retention
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, linking outcomes to retention and revenue metrics
  • Continuously optimize programs based on data insights and customer behavior trends
Requirements:

This role requires a strong foundation in B2B SaaS marketing with deep expertise in customer lifecycle and retention-focused programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years in customer marketing
  • Strong experience with email marketing, segmentation, and lifecycle campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Pendo
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and report on campaign performance and retention impact
  • Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve marketing workflows and productivity
  • Experience in ecommerce, Shopify, or post-purchase ecosystems is a plus
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $90,000–$120,000 annually
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible PTO and paid company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Monthly wellness stipend and home office/workstation support
  • Phone and internet reimbursement
  • Equity opportunities
  • Flexible, remote-first “blended” work environment
  • Inclusive culture focused on professional growth and collaboration
