The position is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives at the intersection of business growth, customer impact, and technology innovation. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and roadmap development to execution and go-to-market strategy, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success. The role also provides high visibility across the organization, including collaboration with executive leadership and involvement in strategic initiatives such as product expansion and M&A support. Working in a remote-first environment, you will play a key role in driving product excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success through data-driven decision-making and strong team leadership.
- Lead the definition and execution of product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends across SaaS learning products.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, enhancements, and new features based on customer value, business impact, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery activities to identify innovation opportunities and inform strategic product decisions.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user stories, roadmap validation, product launches, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive leadership to drive successful product execution and adoption.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to evaluate product success, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Support go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, pilot programs, and product positioning initiatives to maximize adoption and profitability.
- Contribute to strategic business initiatives, including M&A support, executive presentations, and organizational product leadership efforts.
- 7–10+ years of recent experience in SaaS Product Management, with a strong track record of leading and launching successful B2B and/or B2G software products.
- Proven expertise in defining product vision, creating product requirements, managing roadmaps, and delivering customer-focused SaaS solutions in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience working closely alongside engineering and development teams.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies within software products, including familiarity with AI-driven features, automation, analytics, or machine learning capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to product decision-making and performance optimization.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience guiding complex product initiatives and collaborating across distributed teams.
- MBA, Agile certifications, Pragmatic Marketing certifications, or experience within the public safety sector are considered strong advantages.
- Candidates must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
