In this role, you will support high-touch luxury travel and aviation operations by coordinating complex, real-time travel logistics for premium clients. You will ensure every detail of the travel journey is executed seamlessly, from flights and accommodations to ground transportation and VIP services. Operating in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment, you will manage live operational requests, adapt quickly to last-minute changes, and maintain exceptional service quality under pressure. This position requires strong organizational skills, rapid decision-making, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset. You will collaborate closely with vendors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure flawless delivery across every touchpoint. - Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and VIP arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every booking.
- Manage real-time operational requests and last-minute itinerary changes while maintaining a seamless client experience.
- Deliver high-touch, white-glove service by anticipating client needs and proactively resolving potential issues before they escalate.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and consistent execution of travel plans.
- Handle multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining precision, structure, and responsiveness.
- Monitor travel schedules and operational workflows to ensure all arrangements are executed flawlessly and on time.
- Resolve operational disruptions quickly and effectively while maintaining premium service standards.
- Continuously improve internal processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Previous experience in travel coordination, operations, logistics, concierge services, hospitality, or similar client-facing environments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple real-time requests simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy, structure, and operational execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-oriented when handling urgent or unexpected changes.
