About This Position
Description:
Revolution Rail Station Agents are dynamic, energetic individuals that work closely with our station managers to support the operations of our stations to ensure a fun and memorable experience for Revolution Rail Co. customers. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service. The ability to learn, a good disposition and a strong work ethic is more important than previous experience.
Responsibilities:
- Check-in customers arriving for railbike tours, and ensure proper safety waivers are completed for all parties in attendance.
- Organize, orient, and manage customers preparing for railbike tours. This includes managing arrivals of guests, answering questions they have about their anticipated experience or the area, and ensuring that guests feel comfortable and prepared for their trip.
- Time management and time awareness to ensure that trips head out on time. This includes crowd management and timely safety briefings.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with railbike guides regarding customer flow and information regarding their upcoming trip.
- Respond professionally, productively, and punctually to customer and other public inquiries via telephone, email, and social media as needed.
- Support customers in booking railbike rides, altering reservations, and issuing credits/refunds based on the company policy.
- Navigate reservation and booking systems at mastery level, following proper and thorough training.
- Provide above and beyond customer service to ensure that guests receive the top experience.
- Merchandise, promote, sell, and restock branded merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and attractive station environment, with assigned cleaning tasks based on schedule and need.
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Work well in a busy and dynamic work environment.
- Have a great attitude.
- Be able to work effectively in a team.
- Be responsible and reliable.
- Strong computer skills.
