We are seeking a highly skilled and communicative Senior Salesforce Developer with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role demands a deep understanding of both declarative and programmatic development in Salesforce, including expert-level proficiency in Flows, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Experience with AWS and/or MuleSoft is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting scalable, maintainable solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- Leverage Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Data Mappers), and other declarative tools to build complex business processes without code when appropriate.
- Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions that align with platform best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input for Salesforce implementations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and optionally MuleSoft or AWS services.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and best practices.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and actively contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Process Builder, and other declarative development tools.
- Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Proven experience designing solutions that balance declarative and programmatic approaches.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data structure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MuleSoft, AWS, or other integration/middleware platforms.
- Knowledge of additional Salesforce clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industries).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II a plus)

For candidates based in our San Diego office, the salary (or hourly range is $155000 - $174000.
For candidates based in our South San Francisco office, the salary or hourly range is $184000 - $204000 .
For candidates working remote (US), the salary or hourly range is $146000 - $168000.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience, skillset, geographic location, industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
