You will serve as the primary field leader and technical expert, overseeing high-standard roofing installations and complex flashing work. This role empowers you to mentor dedicated crews and maintain the professional reputation of a rapidly growing company. You will act as the vital link between project planning and onsite execution while ensuring total homeowner satisfaction.

• Execute and oversee complex flashing installations to ensure long-term structural integrity.

• Lead and mentor installation crews to maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Coordinate daily site operations and manage crew dynamics to optimize production efficiency.

• Interface professionally with homeowners to collect payments and address project inquiries.

• Perform comprehensive post-installation inspections to validate that all work meets company benchmarks.

• Document project progress daily by capturing site and driveway photos via business applications.

• Maintain a pristine and safe jobsite environment through diligent daily cleanup protocols.

• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated professional roofing experience.

• Proven expertise in managing and executing complex flashing transitions and details.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and train field crews in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using smartphone applications for project documentation and reporting.

• Strong interpersonal skills for professional communication with clients and neighbors.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Prior experience in a Field Supervisor or Lead Foreman capacity.

• Demonstrated track record of improving crew efficiency and installation quality.
