About This Position
Position Summary
Assumes responsibility for the daily operations and oversight of Hunterdon Pediatric Associates, Developmental Pediatric Associates, Pediatric Rehab, Early Intervention, Special Child Health Services; this includes human resource management, fiscal management, marketing, and program development, implementation and evaluation. The person in this role will also collaborate with senior administration to develop and implement a strategic plan for long-term growth and financial sustainability for all of the services service line.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all aspects of human resources management, including but not limited to direct
and indirect supervision of staff and oversight of orientation and core competencies
2. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and grant requirements.
3. Acts as a program liaison between patients, families, providers and program staff to ensure patient
and provider satisfaction and promote program growth.
4. Assumes fiscal responsibility for all programs, including the development and management of
annual and monthly operating budgets, and collaborates with finance to optimize revenue cycle.
5. Responsible for overseeing performance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high
functioning, high quality programs and services.
6. Explores alternate funding opportunities to support the ongoing and future operations of all
services (Internal/External)

Regular and frequent contact with departments of Hunterdon Medical Center, patients, families, physicians and employees providing service, resolving issues, obtaining agreement and exchanging information

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Science, Nursing or related area.
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):
Required: Healthcare operational experience required. Good communication and multi- tasking required.
Preferred: Bachelors Degree preferred or 3-5 years healthcare management experience which includes financial reporting and budget preparation and monitoring. Supervisory experience preferred.
License, Registry or Certification:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking skills
Preferred: Knowledge of medical information systems and applications
