You will work across all regions and business units, partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to create a cohesive, consistent approach to commercial engagement, from first contact through to long-term partnership. You will report directly into the Head of Sales.

About the Team:

  • Build and standardize end-to-end commercial processes that span the full customer lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through onboarding, retention, and growth
  • Ensure frameworks are scalable, consistent, and improved based on performance data and customer feedback
  • Work with regional sales leaders and relationship directors to identify and pursue growth opportunities across the global book of business, including whitespace, cross-sell, upsell, and strategic account expansion
  • Translate customer insight and market knowledge into actionable commercial strategies
  • Coach and mentor to commercial leaders and their teams globally
  • Define and drive the commercial transformation agenda in partnership with the Head of Sales
  • Lead change initiatives that improve how the global sales organization plans, executes, and measures performance, ensuring alignment across regions

You Have:
  • At least 18 years' experience in commercial, sales, or market-facing leadership roles within the energy, commodities, or financial information sectors
  • Understanding of the market landscape, the key players, and how commercial decisions are made at the highest levels
  • A genuine passion for customer experience and a track record of building long-term, growth-oriented client partnerships
  • Proven experience engaging directly with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across a complex, global, matrixed organization
  • A track record of leading through others, investing in people's growth, and building a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
