Mission: To allow frail elderly people to age in the location of their choosing and continue to lead connected, meaningful lives
JOB SUMMARYUnder the supervision of the Center Manager, the CNA is responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living and other assigned duties within the facility. Monitors health status and provides a safe environment for participants. Functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Promotes professional working relationships with both internal and external customers. Adheres to and supports all organizational policies and procedures and standards.
QUALIFICATIONSExperience:Minimum of one (1) years of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.Experience in a long-term care facility or with a community-based geriatric program preferred.
