What Youll Do

Maintain confidentiality of all medical and mental health records Complete forms for release of information in a timely manner Ensure all filing of medical and mental health records is up to date Prepare and type reports, correspondence, and other documentation as requested Assist in preparing statistical reports and management information system requirements Support quality improvement by participating in care screen audits What Were Looking For

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Experience
