Role 🎨
As a Clinician, you will literally transform people's lives through the care you deliver.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video to assess client eligibility for ketamine therapy• Educate clients on the science, benefits, different ROAs, and process - turning anxiety into informed confidence• Prescribe ketamine therapy to those approved for treatment, based on our clinical protocols, while leveraging clinical judgment to personalize treatment for each client• Work collaboratively with Mindbloom guides for holistic care coordination• Assess client response to medication and provide ongoing treatment planning to optimize client results • Achieve exceptional patient satisfaction scores• Provide ongoing feedback to improve our clinical protocols and care model

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $170,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and on market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
