Position Description:

What Youll Do

As an MHRS, youll play a key role in ensuring that each individual served receives the highest quality of care. You will:

Provide direct care services to individuals served. Mentor, support, and coach team members to ensure duties are completed effectively and compassionately. Participate in treatment planning, crisis intervention, and group interventions. Monitor implementation of treatment plans and support daily operations. Document services and maintain compliance with policies, guidelines, and accreditation standards. This role is both hands-on and leadership-focusedperfect for someone who enjoys guiding others while directly supporting individuals in care.

What Were Looking For

Education: Bachelors degree (required). Masters degree - Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field (preferred). Experience: Four (4) years experience (required) Graduate education may substitute on a year-for-year basis; post-associate clinical experience may also apply 6+ months working with a mental health population (preferred). Licenses/Certifications: Any client-mandated certifications/training (required).
