Our work includes concrete foundations, flatwork, and site work on commercial-scale projects ranging from $100,000 - $2,000,000.

• Project Management
• Review RFI ASI Project Scope Changes & Price Accordingly
• Submit Monthly Billing
• Schedule of Values
• Budgeting
• Scheduling with Field Director
• Change Orders
• Weekly Subcontractor Meetings
• Work Directly with the Superintendent and the Project Manager of the General Contractor
• Approve Invoices

• Concrete Construction Experience: 5+ Years
• Construction Management Experience: 5+ Years
