We are seeking an experienced Electrical Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate shop production activities. This role involves scheduling, supervising, and ensuring compliance with UL508A standards while maintaining efficiency and safety expectations. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in electrical production environments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise shop production to meet deadlines.
- Maintain inventory of parts and tools for efficient operations.
- Track and improve shop productivity using provided tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes from design to shipping.
- Ensure compliance with UL508A standards and ETL license requirements.
- Create CAD drawings and bills of materials for production.
- Assist with assembly and design of custom control cabinets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Your Profile
- 5+ years in UL508A panel shop and electrical schematics.
- 2+ years as a Lead or Supervisor in electrical-based work
- Strong understanding of AC/DC circuits and NEC standards.
- Proficiency in Windows-based programs and CAD software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic environment.
- Journeyman Electrician license or enrollment in electrical school preferred.
- Experience in hydraulics and previous CAD work preferred
