Dimmick Group Peterbilt, a family-owned and operated dealership, is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at our Henrietta, NY location. With over 400 employees across 10 locations in NY, VT, and NH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers.

• Coordinate with technicians, service office, and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Regularly communicate and report to the Service Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Help maintain Peterbilt’s Platinum Service Center status.
• Keep customers informed about their truck’s status via phone and through the Decisiv platform, including any delays.
• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues.
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience with CDK and Decisiv preferred.
• Microsoft Proficiency.
• Diesel Repair Knowledge preferred.
• Driven and collaborative.
• Team player.
