Your Role:

• Dive into the world of outside sales, where you'll be the face of Carlson Distributing, selling our diverse range of products, packages, and promotions to our esteemed retail partners.
• Your goal? Achieving company and supplier business objectives while ensuring our Win at Retail standards are met or exceeded.
• Drive growth by increasing volume and market share in your designated territory.

What We're Seeking:

• A people person with exceptional communication skills and a knack for customer service.
• Time management gurus with top-notch organizational skills.
• Go-getters who are self-motivated and hungry for success.
• While a college degree is a bonus, what matters most is your passion and dedication.
• A valid Driver License and clean driving record are essential.
• Ready to occasionally lift/lower 35 lbs. regularly and up to 150 lbs. occasionally – strength and resilience are key!
