About This Position
Role Summary
We are looking for a versatile, high-energy individual to join our team in a dual-capacity role. You will be the face of the hotel in the morning, ensuring our guests start their day with a high-quality breakfast experience. Once breakfast service concludes, you will transition to the housekeeping team to ensure our guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
Part 1: Breakfast Attendance (Early Morning)
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, stocked, and attractively presented.
• Interact with guests warmly, answering questions about the menu or local area.
• Maintain food safety standards by monitoring temperatures and handling food according to health regulations.
• Clear and sanitize tables promptly to ensure seating availability.
• Break down the buffet at the end of service, cleaning all equipment and prepping for the following day.
Part 2: Housekeeping / Room Attendance (Late Morning/Afternoon)
• Clean and guest-ready a designated number of rooms per shift, including stripping linens, making beds, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize bathrooms and replenish amenities (towels, soaps, coffee pods).
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and mirrors.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Manage a cleaning cart efficiently, ensuring it is stocked and organized.

Qualifications & Skills
• The "Morning Spirit": Ability to provide friendly, professional service starting early in the morning.
• Stamina: This is a physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 30 lbs) throughout the shift.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage time effectively to meet room-turnover deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: A "white glove" approach to cleanliness in both food service and guest rooms.
• Flexibility: Comfortable switching gears from a customer-facing role to a task-oriented cleaning role.
