About This Position

Description:

Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking motivated Manager, Administrative I personnel to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support within a federal finance and operations environment.

This role supports multiple functional offices including vendor payments, accounting, payroll, travel, and accountable property operations. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support financial transaction processing and compliance activities in a structured, audit-focused environment.

This position requires full-time onsite support in San Diego, CA and an active Secret clearance at time of hire.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across multiple finance and operations offices
  • Deliver customer service support regarding vendor payments, payroll inquiries, travel billing, and financial transactions
  • Support payroll timekeeping coordination and assist in resolving pay and personnel-related issues
  • Assist with travel accounting reconciliation and funding updates
  • Maintain records and documentation to support compliance, reporting, and internal controls
  • Support requirements tracking and business process improvement efforts, including stakeholder coordination and backlog management
  • Assist with accountable property record maintenance and inventory support activities
  • Prepare reports and status updates for leadership and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion
  • Support financial transaction processing, reconciliation, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Assist with invoice tracking, general ledger review, and preparation of audit-ready financial records
Requirements:

Education Requirements

Associate degree in any field.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 years general experience in the field of management or operations of an enterprise.

Required Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint or similar document management platform
  • Working knowledge of Navy ERP, iRAPT, DTS, or DCPS. Exposure to federal financial regulations (FMR) and audit-support environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
  • Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
