What You’ll Do as a Merchant Support Coordinator
You’ll help ensure merchant accounts are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally—keeping both internal teams and external partners aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Support merchant account servicing, including payoff letters, zero-balance letters, and reconciliation requests
- Prepare and process UCC filings and terminations
- Coordinate documentation for accounts transitioning to external collections agencies
- Organize, label, and upload documentation within internal systems and shared platforms
- Assist with bankruptcy-related account processing and documentation
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine service and documentation requests
- Support legal-related activities by preparing standard correspondence and organizing case files under attorney direction
- Complete recurring reports and assist with special projects as needed

Work Environment
- On-site role based in our Sioux Falls, SD office
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs
- As the organization grows, shift-based schedules may be introduced (e.g., 7:00–4:00, 8:00–5:00, 9:00–6:00). Any changes would be communicated in advance with consideration for employee impact.

Requirements:What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Comfortable following structured processes and detailed instructions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative support or office coordination role
- Background in collections, financial services, or account servicing
- Exposure to legal documentation or regulated processes
