The Columbus Auto Group Reception Center Agent has many important responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Answer inbound calls for all dealerships in the group
• Connect callers to the appropriate department or individual
• Provide detailed messages for missed calls
• Schedule all service appointment requests
• Confirm next day Service Appointments
• Respond to OnStar alerts by contacting customers regarding the maintenance suggested, and scheduling the service appointment.
• Service Reminders for newly purchased customers to schedule and return for their first maintenance.
