About UsWe are a busy golf course and event venue featuring a full-service restaurant and year-round tournaments, banquets, weddings, and private events. We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests.

Position OverviewThe Head Chef oversees all back-of-house operations, manages kitchen staff, controls food and labor costs, and executes daily restaurant service as well as large-scale tournaments and special events.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and supervise all kitchen staff

Oversee daily restaurant operations (breakfast and lunch- NO dinner service at this time)

Execute tournaments, banquets, weddings, and private events

Create and update seasonal menus

Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships

Control food cost, labor cost, and waste

Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Schedule staff based on business levels and event volume

Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Head Chef (golf course, hotel, or high-volume environment preferred)

Proven experience executing large banquets and weddings

Strong leadership and team development skills

Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen financials

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Food Safety Certification required
