Reliable Ducts Heating and Cooling is a Jacksonville based HVAC contractor that provides service, maintenance, and new construction service throughout Jacksonville. We are a sister company of Sunshine State Plumbing which has provided plumbing services in the Jacksonville area for 15+ years. We are a family owned and operated business. We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to team and management
- Review & audit orders/POs within external Software (Supply Pro)
- Input and Schedule work within our internal Software (Service Titan)
- Communicating directly with our GC customers to coordinate schedules and confirm jobsite readiness
- Preparing necessary paperwork for field crews have necessary info to perform work
- Assist with processing of weekly job and payroll completion reports
- Prepare and Submit permits and inspections to the appropriate counties
- Prepare and Submit Notice TO Owners (NTO) on all applicable jobs
- Communicate with builder permitting department
- Complete Florida energy calcs (we will train you)
- Process and calculate change orders
- Ordering equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Construction Administration
- Experience with CAD, Wrightsoft, or Energy calcs (a huge plus!)
- Ability to multitask while being attentive to detail
- Management experience a huge plus
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial minded
- Proficient with computer software such as word, excel, outlook, etc.
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
