Maintenance at Odessa Separator Inc – Odessa, Texas

Position SummaryThis role is responsible for deep cleaning CNC storage machines, including associated conveyors and hydraulic units. The work involves removing accumulated metal chips, grease, oils, and coolants from both the interior and exterior of each machine. This is hands-on, physically active work in a manufacturing environment. All tools, materials, and required supplies will be provided.

Key ResponsibilitiesClean and stock restrooms, in all buildingsMop, clean and polish office floors as neededPickup, dump and maintain trash in all facilities inside and outsideWeed control outside around building, fence lines and parking areaMaintain a safe and clean working area where cleaningClean breakrooms floors and take out trashPickup and dump chip hoppersOperate forklift in safe and proper wayShop hand wash stations clean and stockedSet up tables and chairs for meeting and special events.May be other special cleaning or painting projects from time to timeWorking ConditionsHot and cold temperatures in an uncontrolled environmentStanding, bending, reaching, and manual cleaning for extended periods of timeMinimum QualificationsMust be able to push/pull up to 75 poundsMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to perform physical labor for a full 8-hour shiftComfortable working around industrial equipmentStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workDependable, punctual, and able to follow instructionsPrior manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial cleaning experience is a plus but not required
