Job Description

Performs general store operational duties including customer service, truck unloading, merchandise recovery, and light cleaning and maintenance as assigned. Will be responsible for furniture movement and related activities on the sales floor. Works under the direction of the the Store Manager to ensure store standards are upheld.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Climb a ladder to change out Light bulbs and ceiling tiles.

2. Strong customer service and communication skills required.

3. Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

4. Heavy lifting over 50 pounds.

5. Ability to unload freight, move product on and off of store shelves. Ability to walk, stand, and move freely throughout the store.

6. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.

7. Strong decision-making and problem-resolution skills are required.

8. Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required.

9. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
