Now we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with some experience preparing fresh sushi rolls and ingredients to join our Commissary Kitchen team.

What you’ll do
• Prepare sushi ingredients including vegetables, rice, and proteins
• Assist with assembling fresh sushi rolls and packaged sushi items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and production areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist with labeling, portioning, and packaging products for store distribution
• Support the team to ensure production targets are met each morning

What we’re looking for
• Some experience preparing sushi or working in a sushi kitchen
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and food presentation
• Ability to follow recipes, prep lists, and food safety procedures
• Reliable and able to work early morning shifts
• Team player with a positive attitude

3:00 AM – 11:30 AM

All entry-level retail and kitchen roles begin at minimum wage ($17.60/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
