Seasonal Summer Merchandiser

Looking for a fun and fast-paced summer job outside of the office? Frank Beverage Group, in Middleton, WI is now hiring for Seasonal Summer Merchandisers. Our Summer Merchandisers assist in providing in-store support to our accounts by merchandising and stocking beer, liquor, and wine products at off premise accounts. Merchandising includes stocking shelves, building displays, installing and maintaining point of sale, as well as keeping work areas presentable and organized. It also includes rotating stock, assisting with delivery put away, and making sure products spaces are full and presentable for customer purchasing.

Schedule:

This is a full-time seasonal position which requires partial weekend availability.

Start times are 5-6 AM and end times may vary.

The schedule for this position is Sunday-Wednesday based on a 40-hour work week.

Required availability the week before and week of holidays.

Compensation:

$18/hour and mileage reimbursement at the standard IRS mileage rate.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Maintaining fresh product at retail by rotating, reorganizing, and refilling shelves and coolers
• Communicating with managers and team members on a regular basis.
• Handle product put away and stocking, keep product areas neat and organized, and work with account personnel for specific product needs
• Ability to build displays, place point of sale, read and maintain proper product code dating

Skills and Abilities include:

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent inter-personal skills; friendly, personable, and approachable
• Goal oriented and focused
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance is required

Physical Requirements include:

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
• Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending, twisting, squatting, lifting
• Climbing up and down ladders
