Crew Member (Front of House)

• Guest service: Greet guests, take orders, and provide a friendly, energetic experience.
• Order and payment processing: Accurately take orders and handle payments.
• Food and beverage service: Prepare and serve food items according to Culver's standards.
• Restroom upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

Crew Member (Back of House)

• Food preparation: Prepare made-to-order items like ButterBurgers and Cheese Curds.
• Quality and consistency: Ensure all food meets Culver's standards for quality and presentation.
• Back-up support: Assist with other duties and responsibilities as needed after primary tasks are completed.

Other positions

• Porter: Focus on cleaning the restaurant and equipment, stocking ingredients, and opening the restaurant.
• Manager: Oversee the crew, ensure smooth operations, support team member development, and guarantee guest satisfaction.

General responsibilities and qualifications

• Hygiene and safety: Follow strict personal hygiene and food safety practices.
• Teamwork: Cooperate with and support other team members.
• Physical requirements: Stand and walk for extended periods; lift items up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Other qualifications: Maintain a neat appearance and a flexible schedule, possess basic reading and writing skills, and demonstrate a sense of urgency and good communication.
